福島市、土湯温泉町にて開催される芸術祭「土湯アラフドアートアニュアル2013」に参加します。アラフドとは、初雪を踏みしめるという方言。土湯温泉町初の試みとなるこの芸術祭は、作品展示だけでなく芸術文化や産業・科学の分野に渡りさまざまレベルの対話を持つのが特色です。

ピメリコは、原郷のこけし群 西田記念館と、土湯温泉町のしゃくなげ荘にて、こけしにちなんだ映像作品とインスタレーションを展示します。

Pimeriko will participates in Arafudo Art Annual 2013 in Tsuchiyu-Onsen, Fukushima. My video piece and installation piece will be present at Nishida Memorial Kokeshi Museum and Shakunage-so, in Tsuchiyu-Onsen.

個展のお知らせです。かつてちょんの間として使われていた黄金町のスペースにて、新作の映像インスタレーションを展示いたします。みなさまのお越しをお待ちしております。

Solo show “Just the two of us” takes place from 19th Oct.  Pimeriko has created new video installation for the space that was formerly used as brothel in Yokohama.

ロンドンのShoreditchにて行われる映像作品のグループ展「Refraction」に参加します。この展示はün-establishmentというイベントの一環で、キュレーションはJotta。10/20(土)から25(木)まで。お近くの方はぜひ。

I will participate in a group exhibition of moving image curated by Jotta in London.

今年もイギリスの音楽フェスLatitude Festivalに映像で参加しました。2010年から３年連続で参加しているJottaのコミッションプロジェクトです。フェス会場内の湖上に幅10メートルの水のスクリーンがつくられ、参加アーティストの映像が映し出されます。

This year again, my animation will be projected onto a wall of water 10m wide, alongside other artists, at Latitude festival in Suffolk, U.K. in July. The theme for this year is “Back to Front”.

横浜・元町の倉庫 “Warehouse Project”にて今年8月から2ヶ月間、8名のアーティストが制作を行っています。このたびクロージングパーティとエキシビジョンを開催いたしますので、ぜひお立ち寄り下さい。

代官山アートストリートの一環として、みどり荘で行われるART RADIO SHOWに参加します。私のピジョナリーコスチュームがラジオに変身、そして５月のパフォーマンスの様子も映像でご覧いただけます。
アートラジオ創作は南アフリカで盛んに行われているそう。期間中にワークショップもあるらしいです。お近くにお寄りの際はぜひ。

I will take part in ART RADIO SHOW at Midori-so in Daikanyama, Tokyo from 20th to 26th Aug. This exhibition is part of Daikanyama Art Street where many events and exhibition take place in the area. This is real fun that my Pigeonary costume will turning into a radio. Come and see if you don’t understand what I mean. Video of my performance will be played there.

5月5日より、横浜 元町でグループ展に参加します。
参加アーティストは、L.A.と日本のアーティスト11名で、古い貿易会社の倉庫を利用した展示です。ピメリコは、立体作品とパフォーマンス（オープニングのライブと記録映像）で参加します。

I am participating in a group show with 11 artists from L.A. and Japan from 5th May. I will show my sculpture piece as well as live performance on the opening night. The exhibition space is an old unused warehouse of a trading compnay in Motomachi, Yokohama.

9月3日(土)より、トーキョーワンダーサイト本郷にて個展を開催いたします。 今回は、複数の映像と立体を組み合わせたインスタレーションを発表します。初日3日のオープニングイベントでは、16時より横浜美術館 学芸員の木村絵理子氏を迎えてアーティストトークを行います。ぜひお越しください。 

Pimeriko’s first solo show starts from 3rd Sep at Tokyo Wonder Site Hongo. The opening event takes place from 16:00 to 19:00 on 3rd and there will be an artist talk with the curator Ms. Eriko Kimura from Yokohama museum of Art. Please come if you are around in Tokyo. Hope to see you there.

大阪CAMP GALLERYにて 8/3(火)より要田伸雄くんと二人展をします。大きなガラス窓とルーフバルコニーが気持ちよい、ユニークな形のギャラリースペースに、２人の作品を境界無く一つのインスタレーションとして機能させる試みです。大阪にお寄りの際にはぜひお立ち寄りいただけるとうれしいです。
新作ビデオ、初となる写真作品、デジタルコラージュ、陶器を展示します。

It’s my first time to do two people show and it has been a really interesting experience. In the unique shaped gallery space, me and Nobuo’s works exist seamlessly and they together function as an installation. My new video piece, photography pieces, digital collage and ceramic pieces will be included in the show.
